Topics Covered During the Course


One full day allocated to baking and preparing fillings.

You will make from scratch :

-The ultimate Victoria sponge 

-The Incredible Red velvet

-The Spicy Carrot cake

-The flavored Chocolate pound

-Delicious vanilla & chocolate buttercream

-Irresistible Cheese frosting

-Firm & soft chocolate ganache

-Smooth chocolate mousse

You will use the elements made to build

- 4 round cakes (4",5",6",8")

- one 5" square


Day dedicated to baking two dozens of cupcakes, 10 cookies and a batch of macarons.

You will coat with buttercream and ganache the cakes built on day 1

Then make royal icing to flood half of the cookies

Decorate the 5" cake with chocolate drips, sails, shards & spirals made in class

Decorate 5 cookies with fondant, emboss and paint

Make a cupcake floral arrangement.


Cover a round and a square cake with fondant to get sharp edges 

Modern decorating of the square cake 

Building a macarons and berries chocolate tower

Decorate the royal iced cookies


Stack the 3 round cakes prepared in day 1

Make a rose and foliage

Decorate the 3 tiered wedding cake 

Take photos and pack the desserts and cakes to be taken home

All you need for the course it will be provided. To take photos during the course, ensure you have a good-quality camera. Ask your instructor for advice on setting up your phone's camera.

Wi-fi will be available for free.

Also water, coffee, tea, cookies will be provided throughout the whole course.

Parking for those who drive will be available for free on the estate.

Maximum number of students per class will be 4.
