During this one-day in-class course, students will learn how to cook, colour, and work with Isomalt to make decorations as shown in the attached photos.
The course will start with safety training and a HOW-TO demonstration.
Chef Ribana will explain all you need to know about working safely and successfully with hot Isomalt. She will explain how to store and protect your decorations, and how to apply them to your cakes.
Students will have to replicate the methods demonstrated and create their decorations, with guidance and support throughout the process.
At the end of the class, students will take home all their creations.
This is an ALL-INCLUSIVE class, which means all you need for the course (equipment, consumables, and packaging) will be provided.
Refreshments ( coffee, water, tea, fruits, and biscuits) will be complimentary throughout the class.
Access to the classroom will only be permitted 10 minutes before the class start time.
