At the Academy of Baking and Cake Decorating, we work hard to deliver high-quality learning experiences both in-class and online. Please read the policy below to understand how refunds and rescheduling work for each type of course.
In-Class Courses (Hatfield & London Studios)
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair as possible:
Refunds

Refunds are available when cancellations are made at least 10 days prior to the course date.

Cancellations made within 10 days of the course date are non-refundable.
Rescheduling

You can reschedule free of charge if requested at least three days prior to your class.

Rescheduling within 3 days of the class date will incur a £20 reschedule fee.
Online Courses
Refunds

Online courses are fully refundable within 30 days of purchase, provided the course has not been accessed.

Courses become non-refundable after 30 days, or once any part of the content has been accessed.
