HOW THE  LEARNING & REGISTRATION WORKS

  • Watch the free module, see what equipment and consumables are needed 
  •   Learn how to cook , satinage, pull, pour, blown and store the Isomalt all for free
  • If ready to take the next step to improve your skills BOOK & PAY for your place. 
  • The course will  run for 12 consecutive weeks from the enrollment date 
  • On each Monday you will get access to a new topic 
  • You will join a private group where  we will meet for a 30 min Q&A live session every Tuesday evening from 7 pm for 12 weeks.
  • Access to the course will be unlimited and group will be archived after 12 months.
  •   Your certificate will be available to download after submitting a photo of your completed project and a short video of you performing the work

What am I paying for?

You get unlimited access to 12 topics as presented on the description of the course with a new class added each week. Class topics are named under the PAID PROJECTS click HERE to see. Each class contains a detailed video tutorial and a downloadable PDF with templates when required. There is no limit on the amount of times you can access the online class content. 

What level of experience do I need to get the most out of the Online Class?

The course is suitable to all levels from absolute beginners to talented professionals. For newcomers, we recommend taking a look at our free module which contains introductory videos to explain the equipment and consumables needed and few very basic projects which you can learn to make before  enrolling in the journey of mastering the skill.

Am I able to ask questions?

Once subscribed, you’ll also qualify to join the exclusive  Facebook group which is a great resource for asking questions, interact with your peers and instructor. You can also  ask questions via email.

Are the classes live or pre-recorded?

All classes are pre-recorded which means you can select any class and watch it any time, anywhere. You can also rewatch the class over and over, perfect for learning at your own pace. Over the first 12 weeks of the course you will be able to attend a LIVE 30 min weekly Q&A session which will run within the private group.

What ingredients and equipment do I need?

Some projects require a special type of equipment ( blowing pump, heating lamp, spirit lamp, etc) while others can be performed using very basic equipment. The free introductory video wwill explain in details what you should have access to .WATCH NOW

What language is the class available in? / Do the class have subtitles or closed captioning?

The class is taught in English.There is automatically generated English closed captioning on some videos.Class is also available to purchase translated in Romanian ( audio translation)

Can I request a certificate for learning via Academy of baking and decorating Classes?

Academy of Baking and Cake Decorating is an online platform where you can train yourself watching video courses, attend live sessions, and download recipes and templates at your own leisure. The platform offers  subscription based and structured courses. When structured courses are offered with a set curriculum and assessments, we do offer certificates.Students will have to provide videos to show they were the ones executing the project/s in order to get a certificate of training.

Can I join for Free and then switch to paid?

To get access to the free training you have to sign up as a free member of the platform. That will entitled you to watch all our forever free courses, which cover a variety of topics on baking and decorating. To swap from free Isomalt courses to paid, you’ll need to follow the link and sort out the payment.
