Chef Ribana was a wonderful teacher, her skill and knowledge is amazing so much better than any other course I've done. I did two sessions from her 10 week course, met another lovely lady who was completing the entire course. I was quite anxious as I had no previous experience of making macaroons. Ribana was a great instructor. She was patient and good at letting me try out the macaron piping technique under her watchful eye. I had a great time and will definitely be making more macarons at home because the instructions were so easy to follow. Thank you again.
