Build buttercream skills you can use for all decorating projects - from cupcakes to cakes for any occasion. Whether you're new to decorating or have been decorating for years, when you complete this course, you'll be proud of the new techniques you've learned and ready to showcase them on your next project.

Fresh inspiration and modern cake design are presented in this new class! Learn various classic buttercream decorating techniques, including seven different piped flowers, giving you extraordinary results for any application. 

The price covers the tuition fee, all consumables, a set of nozzles to work with and then take home, and packaging. You'll take home your decorated cake( 7"round) and a bouquet of 7 cupcakes.

Your Certified Instructor will help you each step of the way as you learn how easy it can be to:

  • Build and coat a cake
  • Make six different buttercream icing flowers
  • Piping lines and make simple borders on your cake
  • Make icing the right consistency to decorate
  • Fill and use a decorating bag
  • Make ganache and chocolate drips
  • Create chocolate decorations( a sail and a chocolate flower)
  • Decorate a cake and the cupcakes in the form of a floral bouquet.

Light refreshments (coffee, tea, biscuits) will be free throughout the course.
